Semele Liqueurs are  produced by Uzunashvili’s Cellar, founded in 2023 by Eliso and Salome Uzunashvili.

Today, the product is produced and available on the Georgian market.

The liqueurs are made from Saperavi wine and natural fruit extracts , resulting in a smooth and well-balanced flavor. The liqueur can be enjoyed on its own, used as a base for cocktails, or paired with a variety of desserts.

At this stage, the company offers two varieties of liqueur:

• Saperavi & Cherry
• Saperavi & Blackberry
